Leslie Rugaber

Leslie RugaberChief Storyteller / Founder

As Chief Storyteller and co-founder of Worktank, Leslie is a driving force behind the company's dedication to storytelling. Her skill lies in telling visual stories in intriguing ways and using images to create emotional connections. Her passion for finding that authentic voice has driven her work for almost 20 years. She is responsible for fostering and shaping the voice of Worktank and ensuring that everything the company produces is consistent with that voice.

Leslie started her career at PBS, producing public affairs, performance, and documentary programming for local, national, and international distribution. She spent the next six years at Microsoft, where she furthered her reputation for producing compelling documentary-style projects.

In addition to her entrepreneurial efforts, Leslie has been involved in a number of business and non-profit groups. She has served as Communications Chair on the board of the Entrepreneur's Organization; she has also served on the board of the animal rescue group Sara's Sanctuary.

Leslie's free time is taken up with her two young children, who already show a boundless love of story.

As Chief Storyteller, Leslie leads us in the artful blending of storytelling and technology.
