Account Supervisor
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the relationship for a major agency account
- Develop marketing strategies that generate awesome results for the client
- Negotiate profitable business arrangements that reflect the value of the work the agency is providing
- Be an excellent manager and interdisciplinary team leader
- Communicate eloquently and persuasively in written and spoken presentations, proposals, and marketing recommendations
What We Need From You
- 7+ years professional experience including ad/interactive agency experience in a client-facing role; client side experience a plus
- Solid understanding of integrated campaign, video, interactive and web project lifecycles
- Conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term client and staff relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in speaking and writing; proven talent with writing winning proposals and effective status reports; eloquently expressing expectations, recommendations and budgets; and articulating the client’s needs
- Business and negotiation savvy and skills
- Self motivation with great organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workloads; handle pressure; and maintain perspective
- Prior experience managing a high-performing team
- Passion and ambition for marketing and advertising

This position is a full-time in house position. Compensation depends on experience and knowledge. Benefits include full medical, dental, vision, and up to 10 days of vacation along with participation in our 401k plan.
