VP, Client Services

Worktank is a dynamic award-winning agency specializing in telling our clients’ stories at the right place and the right time in the right media. We are looking for a seasoned and strategic VP of Client Services who can drive organic revenue growth and marketing strategy development. We are looking for someone who has experience integrating campaigns across online and offline channels to technology, consumer electronic, and wireless markets.

The perfect candidate must be a self-motivated and self-directed individual who is a strong and positive team leader. They must be able to exercise sound business decisions under tight deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead marketing and communication strategies that are fueled by customer insights
  • Lead distillation of research and data/analytic findings and explain the strategic and/or business implications of this information
  • Inspire team of Account Supervisors, Senior Account Managers, and Account Managers to develop sound marketing solutions that influence our client's customers
  • Participate in a leadership role on the agency management team, working to collaboratively develop and ensure success of the strategic plan
  • Meet or exceed organic revenue goals (growth within existing clients) through deep customer satisfaction and loyalty and successful marketing programs
  • Oversee development of clients' annual budgets and plans
  • Forecast clients' budgets
  • Participation in new business presentations
  • Participate in successful integration of new business into agency
  • Manage revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Manage budget profitability and team utilization
  • Develop and manage CRM systems and processes

What We Need From You

  • Proven ability to understand, synthesize, and distill results from primary research and data/analytic efforts
  • BA in business or psychology, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years work experience with people and business management senior-level responsibilities
  • 5+ years of advertising/interactive agency experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals for 4 consecutive years
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work on day-to-day client business

This position is a full-time in house position. Compensation depends on experience and knowledge. Benefits include full medical, dental, vision, and up to 20 days of vacation along with participation in our 401k plan.
