Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will be instrumental in contributing to our clients’ success. You will be a behind-the-scenes wiz, making our brilliant strategic insights look easy. You will learn about and touch just about every aspect of advertising and marketing, and develop a strong foundation upon which to grow into a superstar account person.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support to the client services team to ensure Worktank is providing the best strategic counsel we can to our clients. This includes things such as collaborating with the account and creative teams on basic strategy and solutions for clients, assembly of pitch materials, and printing of PowerPoint decks.
  • Coordinate and support events, including arrangements and craft services.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and file server organization in collaboration with the account and project management teams.
  • Conduct research associated with new business opportunities and client projects to support strategic or tactical execution.
  • Provide project asset trafficking and management.
  • Maintain team status and financial reports.
  • Record, consolidate and distribute meeting notes.
  • Participate in the creation of client facing versions of documents such as Creative Briefs, Statements of Work, etc..
  • Craft draft client contact reports for editing and distribution by AM/Sr. AM.
  • Perform client administration duties such as opening and closing jobs, creating basic Statements of Work, and billing entrees.
  • Participate in managed client communications.

What We Need From You

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to field and prioritize multiple requests with fast turnaround times
  • Passion for the marketing and advertising industry
  • Deep intellectual curiosity about our clients and their business opportunities
  • BA in business, advertising, marketing, communications, or psychology
  • Internship experience at an advertising agency
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Great phone skills, professional appearance
  • Positive, upbeat personality
  • Office 2007 and Windows proficiency

This position in a full-time in house position. Compensation depends on experience and knowledge. Benefits include full medical, dental, vision, and up to 10 days of vacation along with participation in our 401k plan.
