Worktank Wins Emmy for Interactive Website

SEATTLE, June 7th, 2007-Seattle based advertising agency Worktank was honored with a Gold Emmy in the Advanced Media/Interactivity category for its work on the Microsoft® See Windows® Vista® website. Worktank Vice President/Creative Director Kalie Kimball-Malone accepted the Emmy on behalf of Worktank.

"Video is not just about broadcast; it's about new and different screens," said Kimball-Malone. "I'm pleased that the Northwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences is recognizing the shift in how moving media creates new opportunities for companies to create meaningful relationships with their customers."

Worktank received the Emmy for creating an interactive online experience that introduced Windows Vista's powerful capabilities to the world and motivated viewers to learn more about the operating system. The site uses rich media and video to illustrate how Microsoft partners have used the robust capabilities of Windows Vista to enhance business, reach out to people, manage resources more effectively, and achieve other successes.

The Emmy was awarded to Worktank by NATAS, which serves television professionals in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. For the past 44 years, NATAS has been honoring companies and individuals in the Northwest for their outstanding work, and recognizing the leaders at the Northwest Regional Emmy Awards.
