Worktank Tapped for Portable Media Center Launch Demo
The Portable Media Center (PMC), a new portable device that holds hundreds of hours of movies, TV shows, and music and thousands of pictures is positioned to represent the next generation of mobile entertainment. Worktank Creative Media was hired by Microsoft to create an on-device demo to generate excitement and demand for the product.
The demo objectives are to educate consumers about a new category, show why the PMC is best-of-breed, illustrate how the device works, and demonstrate the end-to-end experience of transferring content from the PC to the device for playback on the device and a TV or stereo.
