Ajne's Rare and Precious Products
Located in Carmel, California, Ajne is a beautiful perfumery that captured people's attention immediately. Their rare and precious slogan sparked interest in consumers, and soon Ajne was receiving requests to be featured in gift baskets at the Sundance Festival and 2006 Oscars. Celebrities received Ajne's body and skin care, home fragrance products, and perfume. Following Sundance and the 2006 Oscars, Ajne received more publicity in People and US Weekly magazines. Most recently, Jane Hendler, Ajne's president and founder, appeared on Good Morning America to discuss the benefits of utilizing pure, natural ingredients. Jane's passion for and understanding of natural ingredients and how they work together is displayed in her original, custom-made, perfectly blended products. Jane's talent has helped Ajne's become the nation's destination for custom-blended, personalized, natural body-care products.
With all of their publicity, Ajne needed to create an online presence that captured the essence of Ajne. Creating a rare and precious online experience, Worktank developed a luxurious e-commerce site for Ajne customers to learn about Ajne and their unique process of custom blending fragrances and skin, body, and home fragrance products. With images of the raw ingredients and flowery descriptions of the products, Web site visitors are almost able to smell each product. Capturing the passion of Jane, the Web site displays Jane's knowledge and sparks one's interest in Ajne's products. To sample their different scents, visitors are able to purchase sample sets to find their favorite pre-blended fragrance. As Ajne continues to grow and receive more publicity, the Web site is essential for people to learn more about, understand, and find their favorite Ajne fragrance or product and fall in love with it.
As the Web site reaches customers across the country, Ajne continues to develop custom-blended products for its customers in their Carmel, California, store. To help Ajne create the perfect scent for each individual, Worktank created a custom kiosk for customers to answer a series of questions, and then the tool calculates their answers. Instead of verbally asking questions or having in-store customers fill out a written survey, the kiosk beautifully presents the questions to customers and enhances the in-store experience. The kiosk helps Ajne accurately analyze each individual's answers and then Jane perfectly blends the custom scent for that customer. Due to the extremely high customer-satisfaction level, the word is spreading about Ajne, and customers are heading to the store to take the kiosk survey and have a fragrance created specifically for them.
As Ajne continues to be featured in magazines, on television, and at awards shows, the in-store kiosk and Web site will become even more useful for them to connect with customers across the country. Their natural ingredients are unmatched by any fragrance and body care company, which makes their Web site and kiosk even more important to explain their rare and precious products and personality to interested customers. As Ajne becomes worn by more people across the country, the site continues to evolve with Ajne and is filled with rare and precious gems for an unmatched online customer experience. Recognizing the quality and uniqueness of Ajne, Worktank created the Web site and kiosk to help people across the country understand Ajne and spark even more interest in their rare and purely natural products.
