Worktank One of Seattle's Best Companies to Work For
SEATTLE -- Worktank has been ranked as one of the top companies to work for in Seattle by Washington CEO. Companies are rated by their employees through a confidential survey that is provided to them online. The employee survey is designed to measure workplace strengths and weaknesses by capturing employees' opinions about work life.
The survey asks questions that are ranked from zero to ten in categories where excellence is considered the making of a great company including communication, training and education, responsibility and decision-making, performance standards; rewards and recognition, benefits, leadership, work environment, hiring and retention, and corporate culture.
A corporate profile is filled out by the CEO/president. Using both employee survey results and the corporate profile, an independent panel of qualified judges chooses the winners for small, medium, and large companies.
